About Me & Mission

Cybersecurity Student | Systems Administrator | Penetration Testing Focus

About Me

My interest in cybersecurity grew from a desire to understand how technology works beneath the surface and how systems can be secured against real-world threats. Over time, that interest developed into a hands-on pursuit of security knowledge through system administration, home lab development, cybersecurity competitions, technical coursework, and practical security training.

My background includes more than five years of technical experience supporting and administering systems in both Windows and Linux environments. Throughout that time, I developed a strong appreciation for the importance of security, reliability, documentation, and continuous learning.

Today, my primary focus is offensive security and penetration testing. I enjoy the process of enumeration, vulnerability discovery, security validation, and understanding how systems can fail under real-world conditions. Through TryHackMe, National Cyber League competitions, personal lab environments, and eJPT preparation, I continue building practical skills while developing a disciplined and repeatable testing methodology.

Mission Statement

My mission is to continuously develop practical cybersecurity expertise through hands-on learning, ethical testing, research, and real-world problem solving.

I believe effective security professionals must understand both how systems are built and how they can be compromised. By combining system administration experience with offensive security training, I strive to identify weaknesses responsibly, validate risk through evidence, and help improve the security posture of the systems I work with.

My long-term goal is to build a career in penetration testing and offensive security while maintaining a commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, ethical conduct, and responsible disclosure.
